For an airline crew member (such as a flight attendant or a pilot, usually a commuter), a crash pad is a place to stay temporarily, in between flight sequences, and located at the crew member's base (chosen by the airline, not the crew member). As I Flight Attendant I try to make flights comfortable and stress free for passengers, and I will do the same for your living accommodations.  House rules

 House Rules/Shared Space

When providing housing there are some general ‘House Rules’ that should be established. Keep in mind these are just general suggestions to consider and may apply to each rental differently. Substance abuse, fights, threats, and theft is an automatic dismissal.

Following these general guidelines will help of your roommate get along. As everyone is either transitional housing on a daily schedule to become independent  and stable flight crew, respecting people's quiet time, belongings and space will go a long way in keeping the peace in a Crash-pad. Trust me, I understand living in a divided dual housing space can be different. over microwave usage, kitchen cleaning and bathroom considerations.

Cleaning up after yourself

This one might be #1 and definitely goes a long way. Clean up after yourself for goodness sake! Guess what?! If your Raviolis explode the microwave, guess who’s cleaning up, yup that’s right YOU, your mom doesn’t live here.
